**We are selling this unit as in "need of attention"**23' x 9' anti vandal Ex welfare unit. There is a roof problem as you can see from the pictures, it has black mould on the ceiling.
The unit comprises a separate toilet complete with it's own reception tank. Through the main door into the canteen is a drying room with coat hooks ideal for wet clothes and wellies.
The main room has some seating and a sink and worktop.
The rear double doors once housed a generator (not included) but this would make an ideal secure store.
There may be a door lock missing or a light fitting but this is sold as seen.
You could put a false roof on this or even put it inside a shed for extra security.
This is cheap to clear and would be ideal on a farm for your employees.
