Marquee Warehouse 15x25m - Belfast

Description

15x25m Marquee warehouse, 5m eve height for sale due to a permanent upgrade.

It has a leg height of 5m which allows lorries to drive under. Some of the photos are at different sites. I currently have it up without the gables on as a shelter, so most of the marquee can be viewed set up if required.

To have a fully enclosed 15x25m, one 5x15m roof cover, cross cables (currently using 5 ton straps) and gable end PVC are needed. These can be sourced before the sale if required.

Roof PVC is water tight. Very suitable for warehouse use. Easy to replace with new PVC at a reasonable cost if you require a new looking structure. Contacts for PVC can be provided.
The structure can be taken down and put on pallets for the buyer. Alternatively, a discount can be added if you would like to take it down yourself.

Unsure of the manufacturer of the framework. However it is a very solid, strong frame and in good condition.
